In winter, it is important to be careful about eating and treating hair and skin. Keep Bean, various vegetables, barabati, cauliflower, peas, etc. on the daily food list. Winter vegetables and fruits are good for skin and hair. Eat all types of fruits like apple, amloki etc. every day.
