If you are used to keeping the cooler in the exercise room at home, then before exercising outside in the summer take a little time to adjust the temperature of your body. Start slowly and increase the time a little bit regularly.

 

Take care of clothing

if you are new to exercise, then you have to maintain an extra caution for clothing. Your body may not be used to take extra heat. Repeat for this, keep yourself away from excessive heavy exercises.

 

Drink enough water and liquids in summer –

drinking less quantity of water or liquid may cause dehydration. The water is very beneficial in order to be sweat as well as cold. You can drink juice instead of normal water. This will return sodium, chloride, and potassium to the body which has gone out of your body with sweat. Do not wait for thirsty, drink again and again.

 

Avoid sunlight at Noon –

choose morning or evening while exercising. And avoid the afternoon.

 

Use sunscreen –

Burning on sunburst reduces the body’s cooling ability and increases the chances of skin cancer. So use good quality sunscreen.

 

Keep a backup plan –

it’s best to exercise at home to avoid heat or moisture problems. If you are doing it outside, after the exercise you can eat the air of AC of the nearby shopping mall.

 

Understand the health risks

Carefully note the condition of the body. Try to understand whether there are any signs of illness. Stop doubting exercising, and consult a doctor.

It is possible to prevent temperature-related physical problems. Just follow the rules, be aware and drink more water.
